Representatives of the State Tax Service discussed new prospects for cooperation with British colleaguesChapter: News

Working meeting on expanding cooperation between the State Tax Service of Ukraine and HMRC was held at the State Tax Service with participation of its representatives and adviser on public administration of the Embassy of Great Britain in Ukraine.

Participants discussed prospects for cooperation, potential opportunities for technical assistance from Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and ongoing cooperation with British counterparts, which is carried out within the framework of Memorandum of Understanding between the HM Revenue and Customs of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the State Tax Service of Ukraine.

In particular, the State Tax Service was noted with its effectiveness of interaction with British colleagues, expressed gratitude for experience and advisory support that are extremely useful for Ukrainian tax officials in the framework of strengthening the Service's institutional capacity.
