Tasks and functions

provision of information and reference services to individuals and legal entities on taxation, single contribution and other legislation compliance over compliance with which is entrusted to the STS, with a help of the Knowledge Base and other official information sources;

informing of individuals and legal entities about changes and amendments made to the normative legal acts on taxation, payment of single contribution and other legislation control over compliance with which is entrusted to the STS;

formation and up-to-date maintenance of the Knowledge Base;

filling in the publicly available information and reference resource posted on the STS’s web portal and keeping it up-to-date;

organization of functioning of the "Pulse" service;

organization of work and provision of electronic trust services to the state power bodies, local self-government, enterprises, subjects of economic activity and individuals throughout the territory of Ukraine;

organization of work with appeals received from the state institution "Government Contact Center";

maintaining unified database of individual tax consultations, ensuring publication of Register of individual tax consultations on the STS’s web portal and its updating.

ensuring uninterrupted operation of information and communication systems within the scope of competence;

organization and coordination of information protection measures, provision of the antivirus protection, cyber protection of information, technical protection in information and communication systems of the State Tax Service, organization of work related to the personal data protection during their processing.
